I’m a mostly self-taught watercolour and mixed media artist, just trying to balance my love for art with a bustling family life.

When I’m not creating art, you’ll often find me on long nature walks with my three amazing kids, my husband, and our lively cockapoo Luna. These walks are where I draw so much of my inspiration – Nature truly is the most incredible artist. Whether it’s the delicate veins on a fresh spring leaf or the subtle gradations of colour in a flower petal, these tiny marvels never cease to amaze me. The shapes of old trees, the colours of beach pebbles, the patterns of insects, the reflections on water, the depth of shadows – it’s all just so extraordinary!

Watercolours are my absolute favourite because of their unpredictability and playfulness. I often pair them with ink lines to add an extra level of definition. They’re my go-to for small-scale works. And besides watercolours, I also adore painting murals with non-toxic acrylics. There’s something magical about watching a space transform right before your eyes and gain so much character.
