Bespoke Artwork & Commissions
Non-Refundable: We’re thrilled to offer bespoke artwork and commissions, where we bring your unique vision to life. Collaborating closely with you, our artist will create a piece that is truly one-of-a-kind. Since bespoke artwork is tailored specifically to your requirements, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work closely with you throughout the process.
Time frame: The timeline for each project varies depending on its complexity. We’ll provide an estimated completion date during the consultation phase and keep you informed of any changes.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our refund and returns policy for defective items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
